Warranty & Returns
Please get in touch with us if you want return some product – no claims for damaged or faulty items after 10 days from reception of the parcel.
If you find that we’ve sent you the wrong goods you should contact us first so we can exchange it for the correct item for you. Please be aware, however, that we are unable to refund items that have clearly been worn, laundered or have been subjected to abnormal usage.
You can return any item within 10 calendar days of receiving it to get a refund for the item. All items should be returned in their original condition, which includes the labels and packaging.
You are responsible for the postage costs for returning the goods. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure your returns are well packaged to avoid any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any item that you have returned by mistake. Our postal address is:
